Building strong foundations since 2007

Founded in 2007 by Trooi Eland, Tender Loving Care ECD has been a cornerstone of early childhood development in Kraaifontein, Cape Town. We believe that every child deserves a safe, nurturing space to learn, play, and grow. Our centre welcomes children from 4 months to 6 years old, providing full-day care that follows the National Curriculum Framework (NCF) with structured routines and age-appropriate educational activities.
